One of the most dangerous things to do nowadays is to stay in the zone of comfort. Once you become comfortable with your life, you stop growing. When you don't become a better version of yourself every day, the fast modern world continues to go forward at an immense speed, and you may be forgotten soon. Most successful creators have some kind of itch that makes them always move forward, to continue trying and exploring new things, and bringing novel ideas to life. This is definitely something that helped them achieve such results. (The previous line is sponsored by Survivorship Bias.)
On the other hand you may be feeling like you are never in the comfort zone. And you can't exit it because you are not in it. The fast pace of life makes us live through lots of different stresses and doesn't let us stay comfortable. So maybe it works the other way around: you need to get comfortable in order to let yourself make awesome things and get your creative juices flowing.
So in the end, how do you understand if you are in the comfort zone or not? Are you going to make your dreams come true by being comfortable or the opposite? Maybe people who don't do anything are just lazy and the term “comfort zone” is meaningless? What are your thoughts on this topic?
