While I have breakfast I usually watch something interesting on YouTube to spend time funny and with benefits for my brain. This day wasn't an exception as other days. One of the scientific video-bloggers who I follow, recorded just talk video without scientific facts. She told that she had morning routine in the past, where she did physical exercises, read books, ate healthy food and took a contrast shower. Now she doesn't have this routine because she chose productivity, then she told about the effect of her chose — her health became worse.
Her story made me think... Because it's my problem too, I try to start the productive day as soon as possible when I wake up, because other activities seem not respectable, because I can't earn money from this.
We live in the era of veiled workaholics also known as "I wake up at 5 o'clock and it makes me cool, you are not cool because you don't wake up at 5 am. I have time for meditation and super healthy food, because these things make me productive".
There is nothing bad in productivity if it doesn't turn into a productivity race that unnoticed make you stop work on your habits, health, family, friends and everything you have in life except of a job.
