There are a lot of things in cycles. The change of day and night, our sleep (REM and non-REM), the change of seasons of the year and etc.
My energy is on cycle too.
It falls down, then it rises. It falls down, crucial moment, it rises, it falls down, crucial moment, it rises, it falls down, crucial moment, it rises.
I always have a crucial moment when I become tired of falling down. After this moment my energy is rising.
Yesterday I got a crucial moment after non-productive days and two days of watching movies. I was tired of doing nothing and missed days when I was super productive and positive.
I decided to change something again in my life and good condition for me.

Maybe, it's trivial, but this phrase helps to start doing something. It helps to understand that there is the only current moment when you live and make decisions.
Also, it is good to make yourself fo something, because you realize: "Hey, I won't do it in the future if I don't make it now."
I started this day good and I hope on a good continue.
The most important thing is to make the decision to do.
