Infusion - act of adding one thing to another to make it stronger or better.
Kinda romantic to be an/in infusion, isn't it?
Isn't EVERYBODY an infusion or rather in infusion or maybe causing infusion, which would be infusing (filling someone or something with an emotion or quality)?
WE are CONSTANTLY infusing... each other HERE!!! Isn't IT wonderful???
Back to the beverage story:
I've always had a serious problem with "so good for you" herbal teas as I hate taste of a few plants. Anise, fennel and liquorice they are! And the following words are unfortunately so very true:
These three delicious culinary and medicinal herbals are [VERY VERY] common ingredients in foods, treats and herbal remedies.
And THEN there is my absolute nemesis, hibiscus. Just see what they confess to:
There are several hundred species of hibiscus varying by the location and climate...
Oh yeah! I mean: No! No!! No!!! Yet... here you go:
(At least there are side effects mentioned THERE as well!)
So, when you assemble all these above mentioned miracles of nature, no wonder that there are very few herbal brews sans "the ugly 4".
And so... after years of searching, hoping and experimenting I gave up the whole idea of Herbal Tea and kept to TEA.
