Daily habits

I firmly believe that by making progress (even tiny) every day on the things that matter most to me, I'll succeed in the long run. 

That's why I've started to track my daily habits. Below are all the habits that I'm attempting to do every single day. I realize that it won't be always possible to do a one-hour workout or to read two chapters of a book. If time is scarce, I can always reduce the scope of a habit. It's better to make tiny progress than break the streak.

Once a habit is done for the day, I'll mark it off on my list. Funnily, the one I'm completely failing at right now is "eat only small amounts of sweets". Way to go! 


- Do work for my clients 

- Reach out to new clients 

- Write 200 words a day 

- Take steps to expand my business 


- Read a book

- Do an online course

- Learn a language on Duolingo


- Meditate

- Reach my daily steps goal

- Workout

- Write in my journal

- Floss teeth

- Eat a small amount of sweets only

- No alcohol

- Take supplements 


- Talk to a friend

- Spend quality time with my husband 


- Don't spend any money

- Don't waste any food

    @juliasaxena .. "dont spend any money" how you can survive? haha .. I mean what about food?

      @efran haha this is more meant as "Don't buy useless things and only what you really need" ... like food!
