I want a dream job.

Let's define terms. A dream job is one that pays you really well to do things you'd do for free anyway, and is, in fact, something you'd choose to do if you weren't skydiving, hiking Machu Pichu, or some-other less frequent activity. I.e. on a day with not much else to do, you'd enjoy this activity.

People + Learning + Pay

I am always learning. I like people, enough. I don't mind getting paid. I'm resistant to anything  that feels too much like work. I guess I'm mostly lazy that way.

So, here's my idea.

Find a group of people who are easy to find.

Sell them something they'd buy to make their lives better - to make them more confident - to make them more valuable to their employers.

Find 99 creative ways to sell it.

Work 100% online so I can sell from anywhere - in all timezones if necessary.

I've  heard it said that all a sales person needs is:

Something to sell, a story to tell and somebody to tell it to.

Sounds easy enough.

What should I build to sell? What's the story I'll tell? Who will I tell it to?

I left the house this fine Tuesday morning with a single intention. Do some thinking about what I can create and what I'd be happy to sell. The two need to overlap substantially.

I may have figured it out.

If you're interested in my exact brainstorming process, that may or may not work for you, leave a comment. I'd be happy to write a follow-up discussing how I put my brain into overdrive to come up with seemingly good ideas.
