My bf is a paid programmer, I am a self-taught programmer. When on holiday, we bring our own computer together. Though sharing a work desk, we haven't shared what we are doing on the PC. As a result, I keep pretty secrets alone.

Yesterday, a friend of mine asked me to solve his urgent computer Internet issue using Teamviewer. Since my bf was beside me at the same time, we were checking together. It's the first time he got to know there were so many extensions on my chrome browser,  as well as my mouseless way.

"What are these hundreds of extensions for?"

"For fun," I answered while opening an old 200 WaD post written before, "look, there is a brief introduction of my favorite ones. "

"Where did you get these?"

"It's my precious collection. Some are from online recommendations, some are filtered by my experience from searching result, ..  "

"It's a weird problem. Why do you take the responsibility to solve this?  "

"Because it's one of the services I provide for others. He paid for that."

"Yes, he paid for the actual cost, so it's a non-profit service indeed. "

"I didn't know that before .."

"Now you have known me better. :-D"

@brianball The total number of my extensions is 68, not very crazy.
Collecting suitable and useful extensions just likes collecting beautiful clothes for myself: for girls, there always has to be one more dress. Moreover, I set shortcuts, make combinations for them like cloths.
      I enjoy doing so.

      Sorry, 68 is crazy... LOOOL.

Do you know anyone who's broken your record?

I'm sensitive of my every little tiny demand. When an idea occurs, "I want ... is there something has such a function?" I'll act in a minute: google, download, install, try, keep, uninstall or reinstall one week later.

If I keep something, it would join a "family". There is no individual one could get all things done, they are all part of the "family", working in a team.
So, I can't stop trying new things, "maybe these two could work together well ..."

I really enjoy doing so, even think is there a job that needs someone like such kind of passion?

@5plus6 yeah, now i understand. There'd be, not sure what QA Test and Product Managers but it should be a part of such roles.
