After we experience a bit extreme case, we realize how grateful what we unconsciously have is.
- Having 6-hour-straight-sleep
Two days ago, my wife and I did high five when we work up because both of us successfully slept for 6 hours without any break. My wife started to sleep at 10 P.M and I stayed until 1 A.M. and let my son sleep. Then my son woke up at 4 A.M., which was taken care of by her. Finally, I woke up at 7 A.M. Yesterday it did not work like 2 days ago and another tough day, especially for my wife. However, we just appreciated that 6 hours of sleep.
After I did scuba diving, I felt how nice to breathe freely. Under the ocean, we need to always pay attention to breathing. Otherwise, we might lose the rhythm of exhalation and inhalation. Sometimes we also need to clean the smoke goggles by letting the water in your goggles and leave your air bulb out of your mouth. At the moment, I need to be more cautious about breathing as a beginner.
- Noise and people
I traveled in Sahara desert with one camel and one of Berbers, who are natives in around that area in Morroco. There is nothing other than us. I did not see living things e.g., insects, lizards, and plants. Not other sounds other what we made. After coming back from this trip, I was grateful for the noise in the city and people.
