The most expensive way to pay for anything is with time — sadly, this is the only way we learn our lessons. Even then, some of us have to spend a lot of it — like an unrighteous amount of it — to realize how much we have overpaid it.
Others might argue that health is more expensive which is still a time argument. I believe BAD health shortens your time on earth to get the things done that you need to.
The easiest way to save time is with money. People get locked into problems because they don’t want to lose money. Cutting your losses and moving on is the key to fast progress.
I also understand that much of this is predicated on a certain level of privilege, but a good investment of time would be to acquire skills that will support spending your time more wisely in the future.
Time is finite. Time is the most valuable resource because it can’t be renewed when wasted and you don’t know how much you have and how you spend it should be aligned with what you want with your life.
