Loneliness is something we do experienced at some point in our life. Some are adaptable to it, some are terrified over it, and some takes a liking to it. I always believe that, it’s in your lonely hours where you truly see what your heart truly speaks.
Those inner thoughts form into words that transgress into actions. Yet, often time I see people take loneliness as a form of negativity. Not many are able to cope with being alone, isolating yourself from the world, accepting noises which have been fed to our ears. We have to always be cautious with what we feed our soul.
I’ve seen many people filling those empty spaces with meaningless relationships, questionable activities, when the answer to this was simply in yourself.
Once you start to realised only you have the power to overcome this loneliness in you, only then can you truly be free of it. It’s never easy mind you, it took me years of insecurity , failures and trial and errors to reach be this place where im alright with being alone yet not feeling the loneliness. What a joy it has been ever since then being able to come to peace with the occasionally quietness around me.
