Since I started to wake up at 6 am in March today is the first day I miss it and wake up at 7 am. I didn't set the alarm for weekends, although nowadays most of the time I wake up before the alarm actually ring. The reason I didn't set it for weekends is my original 6 am plan didn't include weekend, I thought of having better rest during the weekend, but once the wake up early habit start, even weekend I also wake up on time automatics.
I expected this day to come, I been checking my sleeping using Autosleep, I wear the apple watch to sleep every day since I enforce myself to wake up early. My sleep quality is pretty bad, only the second day I got a 100% entirely rested sleep, most of days are not enough sleep with sleep debt.
You want to wake up early, but at the same time, you need proper rest, enough sleep hour with good quality sleep. If not this might just hurt your health. I can sense that although I have been optimising my time and work and getting a great start in the morning, my night time has been pretty lousy productivity.
I believe I mention this not long ago, but going to remind myself again, get proper rest at least 70% and above, base on the past 13 days results, I only have like 30% good rest. I need it if I want to push it far.
