I read the Atomic habits book by James Clear (it's his real name ? haha) and part of the process is to point to your actual habits so let's see my morning habits.

I wake up in 6:30 AM

Take my phone and set the alarm to 7:30 AM

Wake up again in 7:30 AM

Checking my phone from 7:30 - approximately until 7:45 AM

Actually, wake up from the bed.

Make my bed

Go to the toilet

Make a coffee

Grab something to eat (usually just some yogurt or fruits)

Sit in front of my laptop

While I am having breakfast checking the sports news, social media, emails.

Finish with the internet browsing

In a hurry - take a shower

In a hurry - brushing my teeth

In a hurry - changing my clothes

Leaving home (approximately around 8:20 AM)

Walk to the public transport station (approximately 10 minutes)

Take a tram (approximately 20 minutes to my destination)

During the ride take a Duolingo exercise (Spanish)

Get out of the tram

Walk to work (approximately 15 minutes)  - If I don't have anything to eat at home, I buy something on the way and eat it at work

9:00 AM arriving to work.

Yes, that is my usual morning.

I guess I could improve it hehe.

Stay with me. Efran.

@efran what good habits do you plan to build, and bad habits do you plan to break?

@towhomitmayconcern ... I would like to add some morning exercise (push ups, pull ups...), maybe meditate a little and the 200Wad post writing ..... I would like to definitely stop with phone check right after wake up, I hate it but cannot resist hehe and maybe eat my breakfast in peace without checking the internet ...

@efran what about do push up while checking phone when you wake up? Then push up without phone every 6th day, repeat #winWin . I actually might gonna do that.

@efran Let's start with the 6:30 / 7:30 one-hour snooze. Do you wake up with an alarm at 6:30 then set the alarm for an hour later? When should you really be waking up?

@efran If you dialed in your sleep habits and woke up when you were ready, you wouldn't need that extra hour. Waking up without an alarm with energy and ready to tackle the world is a better feeling in my opinion.....

@brandonwilson ... sure you are right .. sometimes I feel even better at 6:30 than 7:30 hehe ... if I am able to wake up at 6:30 maybe would be better to do something useful in this extra hour hehe.
