Yesterday - I made sure to go to bed by 10pm.

I had to fight the urge to open my laptop in the evening to get things done. I had to make a choice between the pleasure of getting the thing done versus the good readiness score and energy of the next day. I decided to go with the latter.

My stats this morning:

Readiness score - 79/100 (12+ from yesterday)

Resting Heart Rate - 71

If it wasn't for my resting heart rate, my readiness score would be much higher. So today, I spent some time researching how to reduce my resting heart rate.

Here were the top finds:

  • Reducing Stress
  • Practicing stretching, relaxing exercises like Yoga
  • Deep breathing exercises/Mediation
  • Consuming less stimulants (maybe reduce the quantity of NZT like herbs)
  • Exercise more
  • Stay hydrated
  • Get outdoors
  • Lose weight

I will continue to work on my RHR and monitor my progress.

Goal - Same as yesterday. Readiness score of 85+.

    @keni thank you for sharing .. it looks interesting! I am curious how are you gonna feel in longer periond of time if you improve your score.
