Yesterday I wrote about reducing my tummy’s size or to be physically fit. To achieve that, I slightly changed my daily routine, mainly in the morning. What happened today, I would say that it was a success.
Waking up as usual, had a light breakfast and send my son to school. After sending him to school, I went to the botanical garden for my walk and run. There are a few path to take. There is a small and big round which is equivalent to 900 meters and 1600 meters respectively. Since this will be my first physical activity this year, I am talking it slow by doing 4 small rounds.
Regarding playing Pokemon Go during my run, it actually failed. There are a lot of gyms and pokestops, literally every corner of the way but because of my bad internet data service provider signal in this area, I was not able to play it but I was not disappointed with it because I was able to still do around 4KM distance of running, which took about 50 minutes and ending my run at 9am, just on time for work after a short rest. I believe I could do better if I continue doing this everyday.
Tomorrow I will be doing the same routine, but this time instead of running, I will be climbing up and down Moongate, a small hill just right beside the botanical garden.
