I have recently discovered an affinity to simplicity.
Jason discusses these 3 options for any situation..
I like it. Instead of asking myself the dreaded questions that don't help me into action. Just focusing on the 3 possible options in front of me - is time and energy well spent.
The over-processing of a situation is one of my weaknesses. It is one of the reasons I get decision fatigue often. I often wonder what it would be like if I could outsource decision making for my business.
I would quadruple my energy reserves.
I have discovered a few more steps that I add to my decision making process:
- Pretend Like I am Advising a Friend
I am so creative when it comes to others so I pretend I am advising a friend to get ideas.
- What would Keni on NZT do?
NZT from limitless. Makes you more confident and logical. I assume I am under the influence of NZT and think.
- Examine the worse case scenario
How bad can it get? I ask myself that to prepare myself mentally and become emotionally anti-fragile. Sometimes - it really is not a big deal.
How do you make decisions?
