I just read an article that reading is very beneficial for your health and your well being.
I also read that reading a book for 30 minutes is nearly as the same as meditating for 30 minutes.
But how can reading be so helpful i still have to figure it out.
It really helps me into knowing some more information from whatever i am reading and it kind of relaxes me but i have a question that's bugging me.
What happens with reading blogs?
Is that the same as reading a book or blogs are just a waste of time?
I can't really concentrate on reading blogs but when i read a book i'm in full "meditation phase".
When i read a book i can concentrate on the content for a bit and then for maybe a couple of seconds i go blank.
But that has to do with the fact that i'm using some medications.
And a therapist told me that my focus won't be that much perfect so i will have to train it.
The same goes for writing.
I can't focus that much on writing because i'm loosing my focus after a while.
But the more i write the better i become.
