I recently stumbled across an article from my CEO (Gary Vee) where he described methods to help you find your strengths. Now, I'm well aware of my strengths and weaknesses but what if someone told you to rank your strengths from 1-5. What would you say is your weakest strength and why? So, after going through my top strengths as one would do, I thought hard about what strength of mine I would rank number one. This quickly became a difficult task but after much thought, I realized it's my ability to be resilient. I pride myself on my ability to be able to roll with the punches yet still remain driven enough to not let failures or less desired outcomes break my mental fortitude. Throughout my career, I've had my fair share of experiences and ups and downs. But one thing I've always been able to do is to remain resilient. No matter what get's thrown at me I always push through. My framework of always remembering how far I've come has allowed me to push through obstacles both in my personal life and career. If I made it this far, I'm sure if I push forward just a little more I'll make it through any obstacle.
