I think I already mentioned that in one of my previous post but I can get pretty furious if I have to work overtime. It's probably not the best behavior but I cannot help myself. It doesn't matter if I have some plans after work or not, I am mad always.
To be clear I don't mind to work overtime if I know that in advance. In advance, I mean at least a few days. I think it just not fair, usually, the boss knows that some tasks take more time and knows that you or someone else must work overtime to finish it. But he just cannot make it clear and waits until the really last minute to tell you that it would be good to stay a little longer.
Usually for me it just some easy office job still I cannot stand it. For our technician, it is much worse they come back to our company after an exhausting day and he asks them if can they do a little bit of here and a little bit of there usually it takes a few more hours not minutes. That so crazy and I really don't understand. I think for everyone it is much better to know in advance how hard the task gonna be and how much time it takes even if it will be long cuz you can prepare for that .. but just keep postponing the time to go home it's playing on your nerves.
I think I should talk about that with my boss.
