unsettlement of the streak

so I am really unsettled with my "streak bummer" and honestly cannot even push my thoughts into any other direction, when yesterday I actually had a few ideas I really liked (when does afternoon starts; what is an appero; there was a fascinating phrase I wanted to track the origin of...). So NO, none of these, nor any other, subjects offer any consolation...

I am just unsettled

So... I scheduled my post yesterday. Actually, god(z) know(s) why, as I wrote it in the morning... well, I did it anyway. And for some reasons I scheduled it for as late as possible... yea... NO idea... (I actually should have known better, as I went thru troubles like that on the profile of @OnepostersGems. I used to (not anymore...) prepare many posts for one day and not to flood the feed I was scheduling them every few hours, so some were scheduled for really late (which means 11 pm or later). And several times they were published one day later, I mean at 00.30 am instead of 11.30 pm. I had a different kind of problems there, as I don't care about the streak, but I do care about the pattern on the calendar. Actually, with many posts published a day, the pattern was the reason I realised they were erroneously placed. But then, having many posts on the same day, I didn't care about moving the post, I was just copying them, deleting the misplaced one and posting it on another day... That is why I didn't bother you @basilesamel with this particular @OnepostersGems problem...

I would like to keep the streak...

    @lucjah glad for you that it got resolved! Must be a little unsettling especially when it's not your own doing but a bug. It's your streak and you can feel anything you want about it.. :)

    and... no concern, no acknowledgement, no congratulations on happy resolution of my torment by my @philh ... no no no...

      @lucjah yeah, actually my concern is about having your streak restored, as it seems obvious that this is a bug, even though your post doesn't make it obvious 😁

    @lucjah it was a bug with the robot publishing scheduled posts. You didn't break the streak so I re-established it. THe correct streak calculation will be back once you publish something :) Sorry about the delay I was in a place without much connectivity :/

      @basilesamel thanks!
      Oh yes, it's weird, when opening the post, the streak is right, but on the profile it is still bummered...
      I WILL SCHEDULE SOMETHING hahahahahahahahaha :-)))

      @lucjah avoid scheduling posts right before the deadline, sometimes the bot is delayed and that's why it gets published later. I will fix it soon :)

      @lucjah @gabrielgreco One person's streak slavery is another's relentless discipline. 😎

      @gabrielgreco yea... no... not broken for real...
      to your disappointment???
      hihi... I'm usually the person who enjoys "come-up" from others trash... not in this case, "relentless discipline" here... right @brandonwilson hahaha!

      @lucjah Relentless is a good word. So much better than slavery.

    @lucjah - liking to keep the streak and doing the right things to keep it aren't always the same. ( do I click the blue button on this snark? )

      @brianball LOL... right...
      If I had any doubt about what happened, I might have some difficult emotions reaction, yet I do know and I do not... so click your arse away <3

      @brianball as you see I am back on the track/in the saddle/on the route and wherever one can be back :-)))

    @lucjah I'm still fuzzy on what happened. Is it an actual defect with 200WAD or was it the component between the chair and the keyboard? 😎

      I am not fuzzy on anything @brandonwilson , I did schedule it for the 26th 11pm (or 11.30) and it got published an hour later
      As I described above, I HAD EXACTLY THE SAME EXPERIENCES, several times actually, just not on this profile, so I know exactly how this is (NOT) working. If I didnt know that, I would have no hair by now :-)))
      Please do not fret!

    @lucjah As far as I can tell, you're the same person you were yesterday and all the days before. Streaks might identify us as dedicated, but missing a day (or two) doesn't identify us as slackers. I'm very glad you are still here. I enjoy your company and your willingness to share more of yourself with us . Thanks.

      @mikebyrnes Thanks! I do feel the same actually :-)
      A bit of a surprise... Yet, as I write in the previous post, I know, I did not break the streak, so I suppose that's the reason for feeling the same

      @mikebyrnes actually, no, I don't feel the same... it was an experience and I suppose each one of them changes us a bit, doesn't it
